What this site is

This is the booking and client portal for TSW STG. It runs on Kinvyt, a studio management platform. Your agreement about photography, videography or any other work is with TSW STG, not with Kinvyt.

Enquiries and quotations

Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking. TSW STG will respond to you, and any booking is confirmed separately on the terms TSW STG sets out.

Accounts

If TSW STG has given you an account, keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell TSW STG if you think someone else has them.

Payments

Payment links sent by TSW STG are handled by a third-party payment provider. Refunds and cancellations are a matter between you and TSW STG.
